Important Notes:

​

• Advance deliveries must not arrive before Saturday 22nd March 2025

• Ensure the exhibition name and date are clearly stated on all consignments.

• Neither Hilton Hotel, ADEPT, nor Landor LINKS will take responsibility for misplaced items.

Company Profile Information Deadline​: Friday 21st February

​

If you have yet to supply a company logo (.eps file) and 250-word profile text, please send this to conferences@landor.co.uk no later than Friday 21st February.

 

Delegate Allocation Deadline: Monday 17th March

​

All guests included in your allocation must be registered with Landor Conferences no later than Monday 17th March.

​

Please provide the following information at the time of registration:

• Full name*

• Job title*

• Organisation*

• Email address

• Any dietary or accessibility requirements

​

* denotes information that will be used on delegate badges on the day. Please use full job titles and avoid using acronyms.

​

Setup & Teardown

Exhibition Location: The exhibition is taking place in the Grace Suite

​

Each stand will be provided with a table, chairs, power sockets, and table linen.​

​

• Setup: From 07:30 on Tuesday 24th March.

• Stands must be fully set up by 09:00, when registration begins.

• Breakdown begins after the closing plenary on the final event day.

​

Please be advised that refreshments during the event will be served in the exhibition zone.

 

Access to the Loading Bay for large trucks is via Liverpool One Shopping Centre which must be pre-arranged through Landor LINKS, The Hilton hotel & Liverpool One on request.

​

This gives access to under the hotel and through to the goods entrance.

​

Please confirm the details by emailing conferences@landor.co.uk by Monday 17th March.

​

At no point is any equipment to be brought through the front entrance of the hotel unless authorised.

​

All equipment must be brought through goods lift at the hotel. On arrival at the hotel, please inform a member of the Front Desk and a staff member will lead the way for loading equipment into the building and up to the Event Space on 1st floor.​​​

​

Audio & Visual Equipment

​

Screen hire is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

​

Vehicle Parking

​

Liverpool One Q Park offer a 30% discount to all delegates and visitors to the hotel. All delegates must prebook using code HQPLO30. They will need to input their vehicle registration, and arrival / departure time.

Post-Event Logistics

​

For items being returned via courier:

• Pack, label, and deliver items to the Front desk / Concierge team before leaving the hotel. 

• All items must be collected by 11:00 on Thursday 27th March.
